SHIPPING POLICIES

Xagyl Communications ships worldwide, to virtually every country. Please ensure that you select the best shipping method to meet your requirements; not every option is available to every country.

For large international orders, we recommend an Air based service such as UPS Worldwide Expedited, or UPS Worldwide Express. For small items, it would be more appropriate to select one of the postal delivery service from Canada Post.

IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT UPS WILL CHARGE THE RECEIVER CUSTOMS AND BROKERAGE FEES UPON DELIVERY TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS WHEN USING THEIR GROUND BASED SERVICE SUCH AS UPS STANDARD. Brokerage fees are included in their Air based services, so only import duties will be charged upon delivery.

Postal delivery charges imposed by the destination country differ widely, so please consult with your local government prior to ordering so that no unpleasant surprises are experienced at reception time.

We, at Xagyl Communications strive to provide the best and quickest service possible. As such, if a perceived error is noticed in your order, we will attempt to contact you to clarify the items purchased or the shipping method selected. But, for expediency, your order will not be held unduly if we do not receive an answer to our query in a reasonable time. We make every attempt to ensure our clients received the proper equipment in the most reasonable time possible.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Only new and unopened product will be accepted for exchange, credit or refund if returned within 30 days from the date of invoice. These items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be pre-approved by the RMA department. Opened and/or used products will NOT be accepted for exchange or refund. These items will only be serviced according to our RMA policy or returned for credit subject to a 50% refurbishing and restocking fee. After 30 days from the date of invoice, products will be serviced according to our RMA policy. All returned products must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
